Delivery & Collection Policy

Shivadnya Enterprises does not ship physical goods. All orders are collected in person at our counter: Near MIT College, Opp. Gajanan Maharaj Mandir, Moshi Alandi Road, Dehu Phata, Alandi Devachi, Pune, Maharashtra 412105.

When your order is ready

Printing starts automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed. Most orders are ready within a few minutes; large or bound orders may take longer. We send an SMS / WhatsApp message with your 4-digit collection code when the order is ready, and you can track it on the order page.

Collection

Show the collection code at the counter during opening hours (Mon–Sat, 9:00 am – 8:00 pm). Anyone with the code can collect the order. Orders not collected within 30 days may be recycled.

Delays

If we cannot print your order (for example a printer fault), we tell you by SMS and either print it as soon as possible or refund you under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
