These terms apply when you use this website ("the Service") to order prints from Shivadnya Enterprises, Near MIT College, Opp. Gajanan Maharaj Mandir, Moshi Alandi Road, Dehu Phata, Alandi Devachi, Pune, Maharashtra 412105 ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. The service

You upload documents or images, choose print options, pay online, and collect the printed copies at our counter using the 4-digit collection code we send you. We print only what you upload; we do not edit, proofread or check your content.

2. Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for orders placed from your number. Do not share your OTP or collection code with anyone you do not want to collect your prints.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown per page, with colour pages detected automatically and charged at the colour rate. The full price, including GST where applicable, is shown before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment partner (PhonePe) or by direct UPI transfer; we never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details. A quote is valid for 30 minutes.

4. What you may print

You must have the right to print what you upload. Do not upload material that is illegal, infringes copyright beyond fair use for study, is obscene, defamatory, or is a currency note, government ID, certificate or other document you are not authorised to reproduce. We may refuse or cancel any order that breaks this rule, and may report unlawful material to the authorities.

5. Collection

Orders are printed only after payment is confirmed. Prints not collected within 30 days may be recycled without a refund.

6. Print quality

Colour, margins and fonts can differ slightly from your screen. If a print is damaged, blank, smudged or cut off because of our equipment, tell us at the counter before you leave or within 24 hours, and we will reprint it or refund it under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for losses caused by delays, missed deadlines or errors in your own files.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to orders placed after the date shown above. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
